When I said,

"let's not assume because of my post everyone is a slacker."
I should've have said  'anybody' instead of  'everyone'.  Wrong word , wrong
meaning.

sorry for the misunderstanding..

I was simply trying to say  that things happen and that there needs to be a
solution  when they do. Everyone has done a great job, we just need to find
a solution for what has been giving us issues.

I wholeheartedly agree. I've made some moves in that direction and
definitely have some other ideas in the works.
