Yep... in the simple example I listed above, the 1st rendered login page onwards, they are all directed to /validateuser... and if no exceptions occur, it should take the user to the welcome page... But the failure seems to be happening (possibly somewhere in the the kid engine) failing to convert the runtime exception text to valid xml, so it can be substituted into the login.kid template...
