I went and updated my listing, and so I threw in your scale with a modification of the $$$ thing (which is where Red Spider sits) to fit my own perspective. I think people should add in their own listings and fiddle with those entries with an eye to getting to some kind of comfort level with what they say, I'm fine with people changing the $ ratings to mean something different, or adding in another rating regarding scheduling (!!! - Too busy unless you're Fiona Apple...? :), but I figure it's good to get things started. Everyone has their own focus levels, and certainly in Red Spiders case we're $$$ because that's the kind of job we like to focus on, high complexity, high value stuff that has the budget to be done right (or alternatively, relatively low complexity stuff which has to be done *right now* which seems to be rather more common :) I doubt any encoding system will cover all the variables, but I agree, it would be helpful to have some indication. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "TurboGears" group.
