Since there is a binary installer for windows, couldn't that be converted into
an egg somehow?

But remember that the sqlite.dll has to be installed somehow too.

My patch for setup.py was applied very quickly and the cheesehop entry updated
too, so if someone has an egg, it would be accepted very quickly too, I think.
