I'd be surprised if Ethereal didn't have a filter for gzipped-HTTP
anyway, given how common that combination is.

Perhaps the quick-start script should prompt for options like this
one. It's not much of an extra burden to contend with an extra yes/no
choice, providing it's made clear to the user that they can easily
revert their choice later.
