Robc: Windows is working well with TurboGears. Some TurboGears developers coding under Windows quite well.
First of all, you don't need to compile the module by yourself. I wonder if you are using TG 1.0.1 with python 2.5, which possibly occur this warning. I'd like to notice that TG 1.0.1 does not support python 2.5. You've to get svn/branch/1.0 version for python 2.5 support. At this time we've all pre-compiled modules for windows, you'd fetch them with no burden.
