One cool thing would be to have an AMF3 engine like TurboJSON, but
that output native AMF3 binary objects that could be used directly in
flash.

There's a published (but reverse engenered) spec, and some interesting
implementation links at:
http://osflash.org/documentation/amf3

Ideally this would be a buffet template engine compatable thing, and
TG2 could just expose AMF3 as an alternative data format.

I think this would be very cool, and if it were done this way it would
be valuable to a lot of non TG people too.   Unfortunately I don't
have many spare cycles....
