Any reason why you don't use the Ubuntu packages for the other modules? Yes, gutsy is still in development but that also means that now is a good time to fix existing problems. If gutsy gets released it's to late to fix anything. And IMHO it would be good if one could just "apt-get install python-turbogears" to get turbogears running on Ubuntu gutsy.
