It Worked!!!! Thanks for all of the help. It seems I had still been relying on some of the dependencies installed by apt-get. Running auto-remove followed by python tgsetup.py worked fine. There is a huge list of files now, including start-wiki20.py and a few other py(c), cfg, and even a readme file. (Before, all that was there was a directory called wiki20 and a directory called Wiki_20.egg-info.
