Are any of these fancy effect JavaScript libraries particularly better at standards compliance and accessibility? I love some of the effects, but want to attempt to keep my site readable on cell phones, Braille displays, and text-to-speech systems -- not to mention keeping it somewhat readable for people who use lynx or the like.
