For the moment neither TG 1.1 nor Elixir SVN are stable. I would suggest that you use 1.0 trunk which is still in beta but already supports SA 0.4 fully with some deprecation warnings that will stay for compatibility reasons (Paul might fix them in the SA trunk so SA 0.4 final does not yell at us like it is right now).
