What version of Elixir are you using? And what version of SQLAlchemy? This looks like an issue we had recently on recent development versions of Elixir, but I thought I had fixed all of these yesterday (as of revision 210). If this still doesn't work with r210 or later, could you report back (here or on Elixir's list) with the full traceback and the version of SQLAlchemy you are using. By the way, the latest version of Elixir should work for both SQLAlchemy 0.4 and 0.3.10, but *not* for earlier versions.
