When I took Mark's TurboGears class at PyCon last year, Elixir was brought up as a way to get going with where TurboGears was headed. So, it seems only appropriate to have some documentation on both sides of the house mentioning how to work with the other. There will be perhaps some redundancy, but no one is forced to read what they already know.
