The text to be translated needs to be dynamic.  I anticipate the users
entering each language in a different form field, so it seems like the
get_locale() function is what I had in mind.  From what I can tell,
all i would need to do to use this is to call i18n.get_locale() and it
would return a string representing the session locale.  is this
correct?
