I'm using TG 1.0.3.3 and I can't upgrade (for another reasons) to
1.0.4.b6. I couldn't get toolbox (127.0.0.1:7654) and get the same
advise to start it with -c.
What do I do? If I don't upgrade to 1.0.4bx I say goodbye to toolbox?
