Hi Florent.  Checking the CherryPy TRAC I see that this ticket was
closed as 'wontfix' as they decided to keep the uploadfilter.py
separate from CherryPy.

Later I've discovered that we actually use the modified
uploadfilter.py that comes from the TurboGears docs, linked via:
http://docs.turbogears.org/1.0/FileUploadProgressBar

I'll write a new thread that contains the two instructions for making
this work with CherryPy 2.3.0.  If I need to raise a ticket for
docs.turbogears.org, just let me know.
