I started using WebFaction because TurboGears.org recommended them as the best for hosting TurboGears. I use them mostly for PHP hosting, and only do a little work with TurboGears. I completely agree with Stephen's comments, and commend WebFaction's support staff as apparently more knowledgeable than any other host I've used--WebFaction's support guys typically recommend or implement the best solution, rather than an only partly satisfactory solution. Because of WebFaction's tools and support, my work goes faster than it did before.
