Good to hear progress is being made. That's the main thing. :) The four points listed under "TG2 General" are all things that I, and the other folks I've discussed TurboGears informally with, have found confusing, Also confusing for those of us coming from PHP/ASP.net environments: app/runtime deployment. The current docs tend to brush this off with the comment that this is not TG2 specific. While this is true, under ASP.net/PHP this is a non- issue, and this is likely to be the first time new TG2 users will have to deal with this. Although, this may not be the best deployment method, there should be a well written section on how to deploy via plain CGI.
