Dude I'm sorry but I totally disagree with you in most reasons why TG should have a "how to run as CGI" tutorial but that's me. So if you (or anyone else for that matter) wants to write that documentation please go ahead. We'll review it and include it as a valid configuration. Although I believe it should have a big header saying all the short comings from this thread.
