I have forked tgext.registration2 last weekend to begin to add "Terms of Service". Needed it for a quick project I'm working on. I plan on making changes to make it an optional registration item with link to the "Terms" via registration.cfg. Let me know if the effort is under way to merge projects and which one is to be deprecated. I would be happy to help in the effort.
