I agree, from my admittedly limited exposure to the newest thing in IT industry, it seems that there is not a concerted effort on marketing Turbogears out there. If there are, they need to be more featured on the Turbogears website.
The most well-crafted framework in the universe can still use some marketing effort if it were to help a lot of people. A quick observation: where is the list of companies/organizations that uses Turbogears? Is it on a prominent place on the TG website? (hint: look at the other python framework's website) and where is the TG2 blog updated with what's happening in the TG world... daily. (hint: look at this website: 43rumors.com).
