The following should work:

Issue 2. Therefore I use the python tgsetup.py installation method, but
this is still installing tg1.1.2 even though I'm on the 1.5/install page.
Until there is a 1.5 final release, you need to download tgsetup.py
from http://svn.turbogears.org/tags/1.5b2/tools/tgsetup.py
not from http://www.turbogears.org/download/tgsetup.py which installs
the latest stable version.
