I'll check whether AMD makes sense, otherwise will use noConflict, and I'll also look if we can use something smaller than jQuery, maybe Dojo 1.7 which already comes with AMD. Maybe I improve some more things, e.g. it would be also nice if the debugbar blind could be unrolled by clicking on the page bottom, not only by clicking on the particular menu item, and if that menu item is highlighted in some way.
