Ok, I took a look at the changes and I have to say that I really like them. I fixed an issue with ming that was also there before and pushed the patch, but I also had some issues with the new javascript from your changes.
Sometimes the "Back to query" and ""Results" links seem not to work, you click them multiple times but nothing happens, probably the event handler is not correctly attached to them. I have been unable to reproduce the issue with SQLAlchemy section, but I can systematically make it happen on Ming section. If you can take a quick look and find a solution let me know, in the mean time I'll give a look myself.
