Suffice to say that I was being very understated in my dislike of wiki. I
do not like them, and do not use them unless I have no alternative. Sphinx
works, and is quite capable of being nicely organized. With the book, I'd
say it already is.

Add in that the book is also looking at the wiki tutorial code, extracting
from git, and can (but is not yet) running tests on all code automatically,
and I think it blows away what wiki can offer.
