I just 3 month use Turbogear. Turbogear 2.1 template for me much easier to 
edit... May be I don't understand something. I am editing CSS files with my 
hands and my mind, as I can, not using editors pages or something like 
this. It better for me. I was scared, when so all those mountains of  code 
(I am talking about CSS files only), which I not saw in Turbogear 2.1. For 
me more simple work with Turbogear 2.1... I am more than year working in 
web-development, may be I don't understand something.
