Then you should better try to get it working under Linux, since you will probably run into other issues on Windows.
What exactly do you mean by you can't get the page to show up? You ran paster quickstart, python setup.py develop, paster setup-app development.ini and paster serve development.ini and you didn't see anything at localhost:8080 ? Am Freitag, 16.
