Thanks for reporting this, it is probably related to the new website build
process Michael has been writing.
I saw that it actually built the wrong documentation as accessing
http://www.turbogears.org/2.2/docs/ leads to the 2.3 documentation and not
to the 2.2.
This would also explain why the book is not available as in 2.3 there is no
book.

For the Cheatsheet and Poster, until the links get fixed, a mirror is
