I would shorten the paragraph where you play with the models in Part_1 and
split the controllers code in Part_2 writing a paragraph for each
controller and explaining the queries and the usage of SQLAlchemy.

Also make the user able to check the result of its work on each step, it
will keep higher attention. You might want to make the create+view pages
for first so that the user can create the submission and view the result,
then move to edit, delete and so on. Right now all the management methods
are declared but I'm unable to see the result of what I do :D
