Yep, tgapp-turbopress is currently unreleased on PyPi, you need to install it from the repo, that's why I linked the bitbucket repository :)
In any case I'll ask the guys working on it to push out a PyPi release as it is fairly stable and has already been used in a bunch of projects, so it can be easily installed through pypi.
