tgext.wtforms module.

I never used WTForms on production, but everything should work out of
the box apart from @validate support. But even @validate support
should be pretty straightforward using a custom class to wrap the form
providing a .validate() method.
I think a tgext.wtforms module can be rolled out in a bunch of hours.
