Oh, many thanks! I just subscribed to that issue.

But then I have one more question: Could I copy my windows file to the linux computer, and would the Turbo VNC Client for Linux be able to use it, perhaps after some manual modifications?

This isn't yet implemented. I filed an issue to track it:

Hi,

the Turbo VNC Client for Windows has a Toolbox Button to save the actual
connection data in a file, which later can be used to reconnect to the
same session with the same parameters. In the Turbo VNC Client for Linux
I cannot find such save function. And under Linux (here Ubuntu 16.04) I
first have to specify the Turbo VNC Server to connect to, before I can
enter my session password. By using the stored file under Windows the
first step is ommitted. Is this possible under Linux too? If so, how can
I do it?

Best regards

Torsten
