It doesn't matter where you place it. You pass the .vnc file as a command-line argument:
/opt/TurboVNC/bin/vncviewer my_connection.vnc You can also create a desktop shortcut for the TurboVNC Viewer and drag & drop the .vnc file onto that shortcut.
