Dears, In order to access an interactive desktop session on a high-performance computing system, I am using a software called Strudel and this latter works with TurboVNC. The software was working fine but these last two days it is not possible to get an interactive desktop session and I am getting an error on the TurboVNC viewer: "Authentification failed".
This is how I use Strudel/TurboVNC: I am using a MAC where I have both software installed, after starting the Strudel application, everything seems to work fine (the checking process), Turbo VNC is launched but right after that I am getting the error: Authentification failed. I am new in all of this so the only attempts that I tried so far were: 1- Restarting my computer 2- Uninstalling TurboVNC and installing another version (I tried both versions: v.2.2.1 and v.2.1.2) but still, I am getting the authentification error.
