You can either download and install the amd64 (x64) JRE from 
https://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jre8-downloads-2133155.html
 or simply install the 32-bit TurboVNC Windows package, which will match your 
existing 32-bit JRE. The need to install a JRE will go away in TurboVNC 3.0.
