Would it be a good thing if we followed what Raymond has done for the
databindings.  Though I have not gone into that, I observe there is a
databinding-framework and then specializations such a sdo, jaxb, castor etc.
built over it.

Similarly we could have binding-ws-fwk and then specializations such as
binding-ws-axis2, binding-ws-celtix ... makes sense?
