So it could be:
a)  http://tuscany.apache.org/xmlns/sca/1.0
or
b) http://tuscany.apache.org/xmlns/sca/databinding/sdo/1.0

Which one do you prefer?

Since it's actually a tuscany sca extension, did you mean to have sca in
the namespace, instead of sdo.

to reflect the fact that "import.sdo" is a tuscany extension to SCDL.
