This is more about getting the site published on the
incubator.apache.org server - the process used to work but now doesn't
because I can't run svn update - I think it was the reinstatement of
minotaur (people.apache.org) after it died that has caused these
problems.

Can anyone run "svn update" from /www/incubator.apache.org/tuscany?
That's all I need to do!
