Sorry, two more things I forgot:
- The spec doesn't explicitly say service names and reference names need to be
unique w.r.t each other. We need to clarify this in the spec, since they will
need to be unique if both can be targets of locateService.
- The ctor for DuplicatedComponentException should included a message and an
identifier which are passed to the LoaderException superclass. The identifier
will be set with the duplicate name when the exception is created instead of
putting the name in the message.
