With respect to the naming conventions, yes,
it would be good to have them all uniform, and I prefer something as
loanAppConversation_ws as against loanappconversationws which is quite
painful to make out without peering thro - this is just my opinion.

Ok, it looks like there is consensus against names like
loanappconversationws, but most people seem to prefer "-" instead of "_"
as a separator. Loanappconversationws is really long anyway so in the
first pass I'm going to try to use simpler/shorter names. I suggest to
take a look bagain after I finish a first renaming pass, and if some of
the names are still difficult to read, I'm open to do another pass using
mixed case if others prefer that too.
