Subject: Moving modules to contrib for this release

There are a few modules in the runtime that I don't think should be
included in this release:
* jxta due to the Bouncy Castle issue
* osgi (not ready)
* equinox (not ready)
For now I am going to move them to a "contrib" directory under sca as this
makes it easier to package "runtime" as a source distribution.
