I can see that the renamed APIs would be more consistent across
Tuscany, which is an advantage. It is a matter of balancing this
against the work and disruption involved in making the change.
I don't feel strongly either way, but on balance I think it would
make sense to do this renaming either now or after the next release.

Hi,
I think a massive of package renaming is disturbing at this point. Since
SDO and DAS already have the unique prefixes and there won't be any
conflicts, I would suggest that we keep the short package name
org.apache.tuscany for SCA.
Thanks,
Raymond

Subject: Tuscany Java sca package names
The DAS and SDO sub projects use Java package names
org.apache.tuscany.dasand
org.apache.tuscany.sdo but the SCA sub project uses
org.apache.tuscany. As
the next release is attempting to stabilize all the externals I
wondered if
we should change this now to be be org.apache.tuscany.sca, does anyone
have
feelings either way?
