The point is to allow non-committers to make and preview proposed
changes to the Web site, just as they can to the code. If the
published web site gets too far out of sync with what's on
TUSCANYWIKI, then a non-committer who wants to do this would first
have to do a manual sync from TUSCANY to TUSCANYWIKI before making
their proposed change. They can do this, but it is one more
added overhead for non-commiters who want to participate actively
in Tuscany. I don't think it would be wise to optimize everything
towards the convenience of committers and overlook the need to
motivate non-committers and new contributors.

space and anything that happens there is only a selective copy over from
