I just uploaded a patch for JIRA:

Which is an enhancement bug for TuscanySDO Native to change the build
system over to use ant instead of automake.
This first version uploaded includes targets to build, install, and
clean the sdo and sdo_axiom libraries and headers.
On my PC, the build takes 53 seconds and on Linux, it takes about 45
seconds, which is a huge improvement over existing build systems.
Finally TuscanyNative has a common build system across all platforms.
Things left to do for the SDO ant build system include:
- add targets for code document generation
- add targets SDO testing
Can someone please submit the patch for me. Suggestions are very
welcome!
