+1 to release the Tuscany Java SCA 0.99-incubating RC2. (I think the issue I
reported early on this thread is minor.)
The licenses look good. For the binary distro, I can run ant scripts for
samples. I can run the maven build for the source distro successfully. I can
also verify the maven build for samples in the binary distro by adding the
staging maven repo to my local settings.xml (it's not required after we
pulish the artifacts to the incubating repo when the release is out.)

The source distro seems to have more modules than the binary distro.
1) databinding-saxon & databinding-fastinfoset are packaged in the src
distro
2) a few resource files for binding-osgi slip into the src distro (such as
META-INF/service/org.apache.tuscany.sca.core.ModuleActivator).
The good news is that these modules are NOT listed in the modules/pom.xml.
Are we OK with this issue?
