?wsdl no longer works properly, varies depending on the environment, sometimes
returning wsdl with the wrong endpoint or sometimes failing with an NPE.
To recreate use the sample-helloworld-ws-service-webapp sample and from a
browser enter:
http://localhost:8080/sample-helloworld-ws-service-webapp/SCA/HelloWorldService?wsdl
