For Java SCA, we're in the process of releasing an Alpha of the SCA Kernel. You can read the release notes here: https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/tuscany/java/sca/kernel/ README.txt Jim
The C++ side of Tuscany is very close to producing our first release candidates for SCA and SDO M3. I expect we'll see them tomorrow. Going on past experience, it normally takes about 2 or 3 weeks from the first candidate to the actual release being announced (allowing for further RCs and the release voting process).
