The C++ side of Tuscany is very close to producing our first release
candidates for SCA and SDO M3. I expect we'll see them tomorrow. Going
on past experience, it normally takes about 2 or 3 weeks from the
first candidate to the actual release being announced (allowing for
further RCs and the release voting process).
