Welcome to Tuscany!
I assume you want to get the minimum set of jars required to deploy Tuscany
applications to Tomcat. For the webapp packaging, we generate the WAR based
on the dependencies. You can also look into the build.xml for a list of jars
required. Recently we also have some discussions on the tuscany-dev mailing
list on different options for distribution of Tuscany.
At this moment, the web service binding in Tuscany is implemented using
Axis2. It would be a great addition to support CXF. Are you interested in
integrating CXF with Tuscany?
Thanks,
Raymond
