Welcome to Tuscany! I assume you want to get the minimum set of jars required to deploy Tuscany applications to Tomcat. For the webapp packaging, we generate the WAR based on the dependencies. You can also look into the build.xml for a list of jars required. Recently we also have some discussions on the tuscany-dev mailing list on different options for distribution of Tuscany. At this moment, the web service binding in Tuscany is implemented using Axis2. It would be a great addition to support CXF. Are you interested in integrating CXF with Tuscany?
